Terms and policies

For YCH Commissions policies should be under listing, anything not mentioned there should be covered herePayment
Commissions should be 100% upfront, the details of these payments will be discussed prior to beginning the commission. Your commission will not begin until the payment has been received, if there are others on the waitlist I will forfeit your position if you do not pay within a week.The cost of works may be lowered/raised depending on the complexity of the design or request. I will give a final price once the details of the commission has been discussed. Keep in mind that added props and characters significantly impact the price.Payment is done through stripe. I require a valid e-mail address to send the invoice to, it does not have to be a private email or one linked to your bank, any is fine as long as you are able to receive the invoice.
Refunds + Cancellations
No refunds after the work is complete.A commission may be cancelled during the sketch/planning phase, in which case you will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid so far. After the sketch phase has ended, you may still cancel but will no longer receive a refund unless the cancellation was personally initiated by me, in which case you will only be charged for the work done so far, and the rest will be refunded. This will likely only happen if I am unable to finish the commission for any reason.Edits + Revisions
There will be only two rounds of revisions for the sketches, and maybe one for colours if I think we need one. Please provide as many details as possible for each round to help streamline the process and eliminate the need for additional revisions. Small revisions can be made after the final product is delivered. Additional revisions beyond these will be charged an additional fee that can be discussed in private.In the case for VTuber models, there are two rounds of revisions with the commissioner as outlined above, however, once the rigging process begins I will fulfil all edits requested by the rigger for the sake of more effective rigging at no extra cost to the commissioner. This is mostly for any errors I may have made during the cutting process and does not include things that I had not previously discussed, such as adding extra art for toggles/expressions.Completion Time
Artwork can take anywhere from a week to two months. I will keep you updated on the progress, but you may also inquire anytime. If you have a strict deadline you need to meet within that time frame I can prioritize your commission for an extra fee but there is no guarantee I will accept the deadline.Copyright + Ownership
Commissions are for personal use ONLY. They can not be traced, sold or reproduced with the intent to be sold in any way. Commercial use of commissions is prohibited unless discussed and negotiated upon. I retain all rights and ownership over the completed work. Works cannot be resold without my consent, with the exception of vtuber models. If there is some confusion about whether your intended use of the work is personal or commercial, you may ask me to clarify. For reference, personal use includes using as a profile picture, posting to social media sites, using art in VTuber schedules, Using art in banners or panels for social media sites etc. Commercial use includes printing on merch, selling prints, etc. Please credit me whenever the artwork is used. Commissions can not be minted into NFTs or used in AI training.As the artist I retain all rights to the exhibition of posts. This includes posting completed works to my social media accounts, using them in promotional materials, streaming the process, etc. HOWEVER, if the commissioner would like for their post to be kept private, they may request that I do so. Commissioner should properly credit me when reuploading the commissioned artwork, providing a link to my socials whenever possible.Promotion
Most if not all commissions will be posted on social media or used for promotional purposes. I may even stream the process of the work on twitch (or other streaming services). If you require the commission to be kept private, please be sure to state that on the form. Additionally, due to my public Trello commission queue, it may be possible for others to see if you’re getting something commissioned from me. If you would like to stay anonymous on the queue, please indicate that in the form.Subject Matter
Here are some things I will not draw:
- NSFW (some gore is fine)
- Mecha (mobility aids are not mecha and are fine but do run the design by me if it is super complicated)
- Anything promoting hate speech of any kind
- Very detailed backgrounds
- Realistic portraits
- Full-on Furry
I retain the right to refuse a commission even if it doesn’t contain something listed above.
